Our only clients are buy side institutional investors of all types and size through out the USA and around the world: banks, mutual funds, hedge funds, governmental entities i.e. state, county and city pension funds, trust departments, fiduciaries, RIA's and large sell side entities. Clients know they can rely upon and trust our timely and accurate ratings on approximately 1,000 very widely held corporations to have zero issuer favorable tilt. Unlike larger more well known NRSRO's we have no interest in and do not seek to work with or for corporations seeking to have their new issues rated.

Our rules based market sensitive, predictive value ratings on the financial health, stability and credit worthiness of approximately 1,000 very widely held Investment Grade, Crossover and High Yield issuers, have application across asset classes. We do not rate individual bonds by cusip. Instead, we rate the overall financial condition and outlook of the issuing corporate parent. We have no conflicts of interest related to our ratings and are paid by our buy side subscribers and not corporations issuing bonds.
